By creating an account or using Pink Wolf Journal ("Pink Wolf," "we," "us," or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Pink Wolf Journal.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use the Service. By registering you confirm you meet this age requirement. Pink Wolf is built for adult traders and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Pink Wolf Journal is a trading journal and discipline tool for retail and prop-firm traders. It provides tools to record, organize, analyze, and review your trading activity and related notes, and to support your trading discipline and consistency.

It does NOT provide trade signals, recommendations, or predictions, and nothing in the Service should be relied on as such. Trading carries risk and you are solely responsible for your own decisions — see our Risk Disclosure. Prop-firm rules vary between firms and change over time — always refer to your prop firm — rules change.

Pink Wolf may offer features that use artificial intelligence to analyze your trading data and generate insights, summaries, forecasts, coaching-style suggestions, and other outputs. These outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. They are provided for informational and self-review purposes only, are not financial, investment, or trading advice, and must not be relied on as such. You are responsible for evaluating any AI-generated output before acting on it. AI features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access data that isn't yours, no scraping, no reverse engineering, no automated abuse, and nothing that disrupts or overloads the Service or harms other users.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription, billed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). The current plans, prices, and any free-trial terms are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. If your plan includes a free trial, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable amount at that time.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial or unused portion of the current billing period, except where required by law. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, so if you no longer want the Service, it is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date — we are not able to refund a charge simply because a cancellation was missed. Prices may change from time to time; any change applies to your next billing period, and we will give notice where required.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control, and features may be added, changed, or removed. Some features may be offered as beta, preview, or experimental — these are provided "as is," may be unstable or incomplete, and may change or be withdrawn at any time. Please keep your own copies of any data that matters to you.

The Service — including its name, branding, design, and software — is owned by Pink Wolf and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it. You retain ownership of the content you enter (your trades, notes, and reflections); you grant us the limited rights needed to store and display that content to you and to anyone you choose to share it with (such as a coach).

You keep ownership of the content you create (your trades, notes, and reflections). When you choose to share content through the Service — for example, sharing a trade or win, posting a Howl, or connecting a coach — you grant Pink Wolf the rights needed to store, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of providing the feature you used. You are responsible for what you share: you confirm you have the right to share it, and that it does not break these Terms, infringe anyone else's rights, or reveal information you are not permitted to disclose. Please don't include sensitive personal or financial details (such as account numbers, card numbers, or government IDs) in content you make visible to others.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee that any analytics, AI-generated content, coaching suggestions, reports, calculations, or other outputs produced by the Service are accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular circumstances. Trading involves substantial risk — please read our Risk Disclosure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink Wolf is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any output it produces.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pink Wolf and its operators from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use or misuse of the Service, the content you share, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of anyone else.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at support@pinkwolfjournal.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If it cannot be resolved that way, you agree that any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Pink Wolf is operated from the United States. We make no promise that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you use it from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local laws.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms Pink Wolf or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and Pink Wolf regarding the Service. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
